Kenwood Decorative BlockBoards are produced from solid wood planks, which are treated under Vacuum Pressure with strong wood preservative chemicals kiln seasoned to the desired moisture content for proper bonding with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde synthetic Adhesive for interior grade and Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Adhesive for exterior grade. Since, Battens and Cross bands are also treated Kenwood Decorative BlockBoards are protected from Biological Deterioration caused by Insects/ Borers/ Fungi.

Majority of Decorative veneers are sliced in our CAPITAL SLICER and spliced in KUPER ZIAZAG splicers.

Exotic veneers, with plurality of grains are matched to endow symmetry on one or both sides decorative veneers faced of the blockboards as desired.
